Didn't use HEM for a while, and when i tried it tells me i need to activate my license. A link which reads "Activate online now.Requires active Internet connection" shows but it doesnt work. I press "cancel" and a new window pops telling me there are issues with my license.
There is a link to holdemmanager.net/registration and i press that. A Registration system(beta) pops up. I dont know my username since i always log in to this site with my email address.

What should i do??

We have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn’t allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to “Upload License Code” and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

If you don’t have a HM account already just create one by clicking on the create account link. If you forgot your password please use the forgot password feature. If you forgot your username or the password retrieval was unsuccessful send a new email to sales@holdemmanager.com and they will forward the details, we do not have access to this information in support so you must send a new email to sales.

Page shows i have an active license key. But, the "Reset all profiles" link wont work...

Please try a different browser. Which one are you using where it doesn't work?

If you can't figure it out Please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com

When using IE nothing happens. On Mozilla pop-up window says "You have succesfully reset all profiles of this product"...

Yea i will try what you said, but im not the best at these and not sure if i understood, but i will try :D my english isnt perfect...

Also tried on another computer and didnt work!

I am also having the same issue, my computer crashed to i re installed hem, and i click activate now, it says success, but then it says error" Couldnt find valid license key" I reset all my codes under my acct and on the holdemanager.com/registration website.

I checked the reglog and serial.txt file and there is no serial key in it.Im lost as to what else to do, i am chasing SNE and this is complicating things for me.

Any help, please email me @ bazuko3@hotmail.com , ive already sent a couple emails to support, but ive been waiting on my comp for a couple hours and havent heard back.

I deleted the key from your post.

Please try the following:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register the program with a valid key
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

If that doesn't help you need to wait for our support to answer your mail

I have exact the same problem.. I used HEM for a while now and suddenly I get this problem.. It kinda sux because I really cant grind without.. Please help :-)

The resetting of the serial and making the LicDebug + trying again to register doesnt help. Also I tried updating HEM but that doesnt work either..
