ERROR:22P05 retrieving the player list

Hi there.

I've made a backup of my desktop db and restored it to my laptop HEM db using the backup and restore function.

Both databases are running on the latest 1.11.05e release and both machines running on vista.

I get the following error message when i open HEM:

'An error occurred when retrieving the player list: ERROR:22p05: character 0x81 of encoding "WIN1252" has no equivalent in "UTF8"'

Have i missed a step from the backup and restore? All the data seems to be there but just being linked together.

Any help/pointer will be appreciated.
