Hands don't appear in 'Reports'

Hi! I'm new to HEM2 and am puzzled that hands in the 'HM2Archive' folder (auto-imported from hand history folders of FullTilt and PKR) don't appear under 'Reports' in HEM2. The hands that are displayed in 'Reports' are not in 'HM2Archive'. What am I missing?

Close HM2.

Clear the filters and reports folders in

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

If they still do not show,

Please create a new database.

1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

2) Click the green + sign

3) Name it, click ok.

4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive

Thanks for that! What helped was installing latest beta (2.0.0.7774). Hands now import correctly, except for Rush hands. Is this problem supposed to be resolved with the latest beta, if so what may I try to resolve it?

Do the Rush hands import as errors?
Or do they import, but then don't show up in reports?

They still don't show up if you reimport them, set the date filter to ALL HANDS and clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)? Try reimporting them into a new empty database.

Clearing filters solved it, thanks.

New problem: Hud displays with huge delay in Rush cash games, i.e. stats for players several hands back appear. Rush tourneys work fine. Any idea? Using 2.0.0.7779.

My problem with the HUD is in Rush cash games only; update is delayed so that the stats displayed never reflect the currently seated players. In any game apart from Rush cash games the HUD works perfectly, including Rush tournaments which is weird to me. I'm not sure what you want me to do; I could answer the questions in the thread you posted, but they seem irrelevant to solving my problem since they're focused on ensuring hands are importing and making the HUD appear at all.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
