Just bought Note Caddy and cant get it to work

I have checked the boxes "Show Caddy Notes" and "Start Caddy Report on HUD Launch" and restarted the program but I still get this message "NoteCaddy must be enabled in HUD Options before being used". Any idea why?

close hm2
run C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\NoteCaddy.HM2Update.exe
restart hm2
