Problems with launch of HM2

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr can't launch HM2:

He run all Windows Updates , including all .net framework updates and VC++ updates
He has made a complete cleaning virus spyware ...
He tried to launch without firewall ==>

How can I help him?

Let him start HM2, wait for a minute, then sent his log.txt file, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

He has taken another way: he has made a disk format of his computer and installed windows and all programs and now it works.
