formated computer now get a valid license could not be obtained for holdem manager

After I formatted my computer I put in my key, picked pc1 and it says good to go. It then pops up a msg "a valid license could not be obtained for holdem manager. Please contact holdem manager for assistance. I emailed support 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. Can't find a number to call so I put here.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just regular hidden files)

Also please try this: (this debugs the software)

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
