My HM2 doenst come up ffs. plz help fast.

I bought it smth like 3-4 days ago. At the begining it worked just fine, hud and everything.
Now when i click on the HM2 icon its stuck on the welcome screen when it says The art + Science of poker.
I cant play without it so plz help me asap

When i close the software and try to relunch it a window pop up and says:
"Holdem manager 2 is alreday running"
please help me asap.

ok i had the same problem as here :

but now my hud is fucked up..
He like having a delay on everything and doesnt show sats correctly.
It stops after few hands the present the stats.
Please answer me asap I paid for this software ffs.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

OK, I find a solution in another forum here.
Some one post the same problem as me and Admin told him to update smth and now holdem manger is up.
But my hud doesnt work !!
what now can u please help me asap !?
