Good, because that, I lost patience waiting for an update but nothing appears to work well (Use HM2 version 2.0.0.7722, I have not updated the last to be only solution for some FTP).

The problem explained steps:

1 - I sit at a table and wait for the big blind
2 - After the first hand appear cluttered HUDs, of every player least mine
3 - I get the big blind and the HUDs are left as they are.
4 - Game 10 or 15 hands and finally see my HUD and sorted all in place (in these 10 or 15 hands have appeared I never mucked cards)
5 - I still play and I can not update the stats and I never leave the mucked cards, nor mine, nor common nor villains.
6 - I stay away and HUDs inadvertently get messy again and mine disappears.
7 - Go back to step 3 ....

So to infinity

I'm a little desperate because they can not see the stats at the time, unable to make cyborg NoteCaddy notes because I can not update their hands properly.

Any suggestions? Thank you very much

Explanatory notes:
- Soft English room - OK
- English Language History - OK
- Choice favorite seat in the room and the HM2
- Curiously enough, though I updated stats not showing mucked me, yes I shows the last winning player at the top, but not clicking there, I mucked shows.
- Although the mucked it is annoying, the worst is that I do not update stats or HUDs order well from the beginning, as I read errors caused ... very expensive.

PD: sorry for my english, but is the google translator.

Thanks

FYI:
I play on 888.es too, but in my case the HUD is only messed up while I'm waiting to enter the game as a BB. Once I finished the first round, the HUD goes into the right position. Little bit annoying though..

If you are using preferred seating, the HUD adjusts, but will be off, because the players are different, until you are actually dealt in.

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Please remove c:\hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive, as well as any folder to which your auto import folders are set to archive, from your auto import folders. This just creates a loop of importing and archiving and slows down your HUD, perhaps even causing it not to show up, and in some cases a crash, as Windows cannot handle the file names.

Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

Hi, as seen in the image, the time of pc and the session is the same (round figure).
You can also see the player joanmarcs (square shape) that has played several hands (in CO, without putting DM, started playing BB), and the HUD still shows the player who was in the same position and left the table. This upgrade takes about 15 hands.

We need to see the log file.

1) Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

2) Please turn off UAC.

3) You'll need to add:
- hmupdate.exe (only exists during update)
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps.exe
- postgres and pg_ctl, your poker client .exe
- table ninja.exe
- notecaddy.business.dll and notecaddy.contents.dll from the modules folder in holdemmanager's program files folder (you might have to type in the names in some firewalls, they do not show)

to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus. ****

4) Make sure that windows is fully updated. Keep checking for updates until it says twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

5) You need to make sure that this folder*,

8/7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

as well as c:\programfiles\holdemmanager2, c:\hm2archive, c:\hmarchive and your site's hand history folder are each not read only** and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. ***

* You will need to show hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+

See the location here for win 7:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

See the location here for win xp:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

** You will need to right click the folder, open properties. At the bottom in Attributes, uncheck the Read-Only. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows

*** This is in Properties as well, in Security.
