Please update to this version:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_24May2013.exe

If it isn't showing still, use the racetrack layout.

Change the table layout to Racetrack.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates..

I updated the HM to the version above and now the HUD doesn't work

I have the same problem. The strange thing is that the normal 6max cash games work perfectly but rush doesn't. Sometimes it might even display the hero stats for the table only.

Hands are being imported correctly without a problem, only the HUD isn't displaying.

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Options - Settings - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

1) Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

2) Please turn off UAC.

3) You'll need to add:
- hmupdate.exe (only exists during update)
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps.exe
- postgres and pg_ctl, your poker client .exe
- table ninja.exe
- notecaddy.business.dll and notecaddy.contents.dll from the modules folder in holdemmanager's program files folder (you might have to type in the names in some firewalls, they do not show)

to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus. ****

4) Make sure that windows is fully updated. Keep checking for updates until it says twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

5) You need to make sure that this folder*,

8/7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

as well as c:\programfiles\holdemmanager2, c:\hm2archive, c:\hmarchive and your site's hand history folder are each not read only** and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. ***

* You will need to show hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+

See the location here for win 7:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

See the location here for win xp:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

** You will need to right click the folder, open properties. At the bottom in Attributes, uncheck the Read-Only. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows

*** This is in Properties as well, in Security.

****Please see this guide for Windows Firewall:

Please see this FAQ for setting permissions and unchecking read only:

Still not working.

HM is version 1.13.01 and in Table Manager appears 1.12.10c. Is this supposed to be like that?

The steps would be the same, just a few different locations.

This was not in the HM1 release. Please use the racetrack layout for now.

HM is version 1.13.01 and in Table Manager appears 1.12.10c.

Yes, the 1.12.10c is the latest version of TableManager.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files (pospref2txt and pospref4.txt), so HM will rebuild them to default:
Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
4) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
5) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
6) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
7) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Again, it's not that only a few huds just show up or are at the wrong place.

No HUD shows up at all! Is that just something unique to me and i should work with the new release or are you experiencing this problem overall?

Try this build:

Fresh internal HM1 build with the MTT and Rush cash game HUD issues resolved - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_31May2013.exe

p.s. HUD isn't working on FreeRolls in this build but we have a new build coming down now with a potential fix for this issue.
