For 1): Tried to set same filter - works for me
please reopen TN, reproduce this and
then go to TableNinja 2 > Setup and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.
Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@alxsoftware.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed.

Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

For (2) - same process. I cant repro.

(3): press Ins button on keyboard (Insert, it usually is near Del).
If that button is not presented - request to maintain this situation already written up.

(4) Known issue, please enable all 3 flags there.
