When I played many tournaments, the counter is stuck with some more tournaments.

Do you have TableNinja set to close finished games after 0 seconds in TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments. If so try increasing it to the default 2.0 seconds. Also try increasing your search and scroll wait in the Sensei.
