Back up error

Doing a back up happened an error:

What this means? I can I deleat all database and start over. What I have to do?

Your database is damaged (the files on the hdd).

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).
