HUD not working correctly with shorthanded at ongame

My HEM HUD is working perfectly at full table tournaments. When playing a shorthanded game, or getting down to 6 less players in a full table tournament some HUDS are missing and those left are in the wrong places, and some show twice.When opening the seating preferences I can only choose seating place on 10-max.I have have tried updating with 1.11.05e-1.exe, didn't help. Can anyone help me to fix this ?

The missing stats problem is definitely fixed in 1.11.05e-1. Are you sure you installed it to the correct folder?

All Ongame tables are handled as 10-max now as it is always the same layout

how can I install in a wrong folder ?, its installed by a install wizard. I have now removed HEM totally, reinstalled it, and then installed the 1.11.05e-1 update. The problem is still the same, when there are 6 players or less some HUDS are missing,some show twice, and they are all in the wrong places.
