I have decided to redo my database, reimport only my hands and only the last 6 months of observed data. When I delete a database from the Postgres Admin , does it delete it off the hard drive as well? I want to free up that space. I am wondering if it just drops the database from POstgres or does it delete it completely (the latter is what I want)
