Tournament problems at Carbon Poker

HM2 has not downloaded tournament data for the last couple of days.

Played in one this morning and the HM2 Active Session window worked in Cash games but did not work in the Tournament.

Also the HUD did not import the other players data.

I will attempt to post a couple of screenshots. Hopefully you can see that I have played several hands but the other players only show 0 or 1 or 2 hands. Most of the players had been at the table the same length of time I had. A couple had been sent from other tables, especially in the 2nd shot I believe.

But as we played, my stats would update but theirs did not.

Do you have the same issue using a single-panel HUD?

Are you using any filters in:
hud options--> hud filters
hud options--> tournament filters (--> try to RESET the stack size filter)

I don't know if the same issue exists for single panel HUD because I don't use any single panels. I could combine them and see.

As for the HUD filters all I see is one for 12 months old and it says to Includes hands from other limits and Mix Fast Poker and standard hands together --- both those boxes are clicked. And it says use last 0 hands ( which it says means to use all hands ).

In Tournament Filters all the MIN boxes say 1 and the Max boxes say 81+. If I click for Default values those all change to much different values. I didn't change anything there it was set on the non-default values by itself I guess. I don't know how they got set to 1 and 81+. Which way should those be?

I don't know if I will play anymore today or not, but the next time I do I will combine the panels into one and see if it makes a difference.

OK, I removed the New Panel line and made my HUD a single panel.

Didn't help at all.

No change.

I tried to make it import todays hands from the Carbon history folder and it says no hands found.
I used Windows Explorer to look in todays history file from Carbon and it shows a 317KB file from the tournament I just played. So there are hands downloaded from Carbon and they are in the correct place.

If the tournament shows in reports, it's imported. The HUD pulls from the database, not the other way around.

What is your overhang set to in HUD Options - Config? Set it to 0.

What is your windows user name on your computer?

On the Reports page I click the Tournaments button and then selected the Tournaments filter in the window below that and it shows me all the tournaments it has.

The last tournament showing is 5/17/2013 3:20 pm.

No more after that and I play one or two a day.

My HUD overhang ( whatever that is ) is already set to 0.

My computer username is the same as my player name Arizona Willie.
For whatever difference that makes.

For whatever reason, it just quit working for tournaments.
Cash games seem to still work.

I was playing in a cash game this morning and everything was working as it should.

At 10:25 AM one of the windows in HM2 just quit working for no apparent reason.
The windows on the left continued working as they should.
I've pasted the screen shot but if you click on it and can't see it well enough there is a magnifying glass icon in the lower right corner that will expand it ... I hope.

This is very strange. At 2:01 PM the Tournament window in HM2 began working again all by itself!!!

I had registered for a tournament and when it started for a little bit ( minute or so ) it was still showing the tournament from the 17th.

All of a sudden the window cleared and began showing today's tournament right from hand 1.

It was like someone just flipped a switch and there it went.

Dunno why or how but I hope it continues.

Haven't tried another Cash game yet so I don't know if that fixed itself or not.
