Due to some technical issues with payment processors in making retroactive changes to the terms of a purchase, all customers that elected the annual subscription for their upgrade are being contacted with the following within the next couple of hours:
You recently purchased a 12 month license for TableNinja II and the actual payment for the plan should have been deferred until your X months of upgrade credit had expired.
Please advise as to whether you would prefer:
1. Refund my purchase. If you choose this option we will update your Table Ninja II license to expire x months from now so you will still receive your X months free.
2. Add X months of upgrade credit to the 12 month license that I purchased and have been billed for.
We apologize for the error on our part and will promptly update your account based on the option you prefer.
