View Full Version : Problems Exporting Hands

I have read How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands) but neither of the methods seem to work.

When i try to export all my hands from Database Management i get this error;

When i try exporting from loading up the hands tab, the hands never load up.

I have had this problem for a few months now (the last 2 versions at least) and it is also quite annoying as i cannot analyse any hands, they simply do not show up.

1. is a known bug which will be fixed in the next release.

2. no hands: Please remove the 3 winner card columns from the hands view (under options -> settings -> hands view columns)

Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).
