betfair ongame problem

hi, can't see what other guy had when he calls on the river with the losing hand, had the same problem ages ago so left ongame alone for a while and thought it would be fixed in an update, is there anything i can do? thanks.

No unfortunately Ongame announced that its against their terms and conditions to ping their server to retrieve this information as they felt it was an unfair advantage to customers. There isnt anything we can do unless they change their minds
