I encounter a problem. The HUD mentioned 'Waiting for hands', Nothing display in Cash regular game. But It can display in Cash Zoom game.
This function works well before, has this problem from yesterday.

Setting:
1)I have save my history hands in PC .
111391
2)I have setting file path in HM2
111401
3)But HUD still mentioned : waiting for hands.
111411

ps: I try to 'restore default' in setting, but doesn't work.
ps 2: I have uninstalled HM2 , reboot PC, re-installed HM2 four times, but still doesn't work.

Is anyone know why this happening and how to fix it? Many thanks.

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

I have checked my timezone setting, it is correct.
As I mentioned, my Zoom type HUD works well (right-up windows), only regular cash game doesn't work (left-up windows).
More information please check below screen capture ,thanks.

Are your DPI settings set to 125%? Set them to 100% (or 96%) DPI Display Size Settings - Change - Windows 7 Help Forums (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html)

Don't use a two-line Windows startbar. Use one line to HoldemManager can detect which table is open.

Try using the TableFinder on a regular table: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/HowIsTableFinderUtilizedIfTheHUDDoesNotAppear%3F

After I triple check ,I found the issue is that the date is not match. This is the root cause. @_@ Thanks for all your help.
