Hi,

I upgraded my HM to 1.11.05e. Now the huds are all in the wrong places: On the first table I open, they appear on their right positions, but on the next tables that i start opening there´s always a hud missing for one of the players and all the others all on the wrong position.
My preferred seat is correct on HM.

Thank you

Please make sure you have your preferred seating settings configured if you use it FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Setup Preferred Seating For Party Poker (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/367/Setup+Preferred+Seating+For+Party+Poker)

If the problem still persists post a screenshot of your HM seating preference settings and also the party poker seating pref settings like in the FAQ above

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Try using a new database first.

If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall HM using the 93 mb full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

(install it to a different folder, or it will overwrite your current settings, or backup your custom HUD/popups/filters etc first)

I Have a likewise Bug on SnGs.
When 6 players left on a 10max SnG the Table Manager switch to 6max and the Stats are on wrong positions, if i choose 10max in the Table Manager the stats are on the correct postilion.

hud options--> player preferences--> USE FOR TAB
make sure your SNG HUD is ALSO assigned to 6max.

And check the other HUDs that none have overlapping settings.

I tried both but the problem is still on.

Is this a custom table theme?
Can you test it using the new Party "Modern Table" theme (which is a default theme)

Also turn ON: hud options--> table preferences--> WYSIWYG

I reinstalled party poker to make sure that now i only have original skins.
as you can see from the picture, in the first table everything is fine, but on the other tables some huds are just in the wrong position.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions for those files to the windows firewall, even if it is off.

Do the same for the main partypoker.exe

----

At the tables with the stats in the wrong position... will the stats eventually move to the right position after 1-2 hands have passed?

I use windows 7 and Kaspersky antivirus.

I just did all that (i use the kaspersky firewall) but some of the huds still are in wrong positions on some tables (most of the are right).

ive been playing for 30min+ and they havent changed any position...

Can you try this a second time. (delete all those files)-->
Play only 1 table. And SAVE the positions.... before you open any other tables.

I did it, but still not working.
however i think i know what´s happening: hm is recognizing the 9max tables as if they were 10max. if I go to the table manager, right click on each table and change it manually to 9max, then everything is back to normality. so the problem is how can hm recognize these tables as 9max straight away.

Cheers!

Is it always the same table... which is picked up as 10max...
Or it will happen with ANY table... as soon as you start to 6-table?

Raffy25

it happens with ALL the tables.

I'll write up a (bug) report about this issue... and try to duplicate the issue.

In the meanwhile, you'll have to manually change the table settings to 9-max in the TableManager until we've fixed the issue.

No problem.

Helo there,

I was wondering if there are any news on this situation.

Cheers!

It's not fixed yet. I wrote a bug report--> sent to the programmers--> so it's on their to fix list.

You'll have to manually change 10max-->9max in TableManager until it's fixed.

Hello,

I have the same problem, i think i know what the problem is. My Huds also change when i open more then 2 tables. The first 2 tables HM sees as a 10 man table (even though it is a 9 man table) and everything goes fine.
But when i open a 3rd table (the first 2 stay fine) but on the 3rd one HM sees it as a 10 man and the huds change.
Now when i manually change it to a 9m max table like the post above everything works again, i hope this information helps. Hope it get fixed soon.

Party has the option to sit at any seat in a table, so you could choose to sit at the left seat in one table, and at the right seat in another. Is the HUD supposed to work alright in that situation (because I can't get it to work)?

Either sit in the same seat at each tabe. (Party also has the option to assign a preferred seat: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Preferred Seating (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating) )

If you really want to sit at a different position at each table, turn off: hud options--> player preferences--> WYCIWYG.
But you'll have to move all the stats boxes for every table every time, so using preferred seating is recommended.

i have the same or similar problem.
please report here if found working solution.

btw. in general HEM software looks bit messy, like not proffesionally planed and programmed without designing project first. Are you going to improve it?

ps. and about party problem, tables are recognized as 6max i think, when i manually change it to 9 max hud is displayed correctly, (im using preffered seat)

Manually change it to 9 max hud for the table in TableManager
until we've fixed this in the next update.
