Hi.

Please update to the latest beta –

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1)Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you ha ve the 64bit version)
2)Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
3)Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4)Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

If that doesn’t work please try this:

1.Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2.Open HM and register
3.Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not

Check Proxy settings
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/24/I+Can%27t+Activate+%26+Register+Holdem+Manager- I Can’t Activate & Register Holdem Manager (check the proxy settings)

Uninstall and Reinstall Holdem Manager using revo

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/99/Reinstalling+HEM+without+Losing+Preferences+

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer

5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

if that doesn’t fix it Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder after you’ve tried all those steps, if you were unable to complete any step please let me know. email: support@holdemmanager.com

Thanks
