Good day, I really cant find the right answer for this so I posted a new thread.

Anyways, My HUD on FTP is working for the past days but yesterday (May 08, 2013) FTP updated its software. After the update My HUD on HEM 2 suddenly did not work. Even one single icon of HUD is not displayed on the table. Why is that?

I already set the dealer message to everything. Checked the hand history. Set the language to english. I also run as administrator FTP. And I already imported my hand histories to HEM hand importing.

the HUD is working on pokerstars, 888poker, partypoker but not on full tilt.

Good morning im from Germany and i have the same problem at fulltilt, all working fine to me the last days and as i started playing this morning the early happy hour there are no more stats showing at the table, also in the reports nothing to see not even 1 hand after played about 20 hands. the folders are still all correct i think, but the problem i see in the import window is showing " INCOMPLETED HANDS " even my old folder i created there is not any hand in it. Hope someone can help out here fast on the festday :(

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6837: Full Tilt Poker - Software Update - Changed HH format

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6837 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We are working on a fix for it right now and hope to have a fix released soon but it requires a lot of work from the developers and internal testing before we can be sure all issues are resolved.

Here is an Alpha version for a fix for Full Tilt Poker Cash and Rush games.

IMPORTANT: This is an alpha build that has not received the normal testing a beta build would receive before we make it available to the public. We are releasing this earlier than usual to make sure that people get a fix for the Full Tilt Poker Update that broke importing and the HUD.


**We recommend only using this for Full Tilt Players that play cash games**


Tournaments still have issues that may require a re-import if you do use this build. We are doing our best to get a tournament fix out as soon as possible but the updates for tournaments were more significant and will need some additional time.

If you do not play on full tilt then it is highly recommended not to download this version and wait for the next beta version.


Known issues are:


Tournament stats just stay on 0

On tournament HUD's the hero stats is showing cash stats

Tournament Hands do not work in the hand viewer or re-player

Isolated report of Rush Omaha (Cash) mixing in NL hands were still investigating

First hand of tournament not importing

What type of tournaments are these exactly? Are any of them Zoom tournaments / Zoom SNGs / or Multi-Entry / or Re-Entry?

Hello all, I am also having similar issues.

When importing it is showing import errors and a lot of incomplete hands.
HUD is not displaying any stats.
In my tourney reports it only shows old hands from about a year ago.
In my tourney results it shows my last result which was last night but is dated 2013/08/01 and only shows one other result 2012/08/21.

What sort of games are you playing?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates. Turn off User Account Control: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/

Hi, this is all double dutch to me:confused:, i'm not very computer literate, I had someone from holdem manager before who sorted it all out using teamviewer bit I have lost his contact.

I am using windows 7, I have had HM with years and I have no problems with any other sites so it has to be all set up correctly. I am playing all mtt including rush, HUD is the only problem I am having, very frustrating.

I just started a session and one of my games is not displaying stats, this has happened a few times, sometimes if I just move the table around the screen they will pop up, other times I could be half way through a game before they show.

Are you playing with stacked-tables, or you resize the table so it's either really big (filling your entire screen) or you play tiled, and make your tables really small? If so, don't, but leave the tables at their default size.

I did that Aero thing and no problems, I tile my tables. I will try it in my next session with putting the tables to default size and see if it works.

No change, still having the same problems, just started my Sunday grind and this is very frustrating not to have my hud on various Fulltilt games, have ps up and running and no problems what so ever.

Any updates on the Hud for the re-entry and rebuy games? I have stopped playing them due to there been no Hud for these games.

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support 572

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.


If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/How+is+Table+Finder+utilized+if+the+HUD+does+not+a ppear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

Please update to this version:

If some are not showing:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Please send as well a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22 (http://catch22.net/software/winspy)
