Hi, I have some custom defs in my popups but they are always changing. ie one minute it will say something like 40% (5) and the next hand 50% (2), any idea why this might be?

It's almost certainly that the table gained or lost players. Notes will be different for:

3-6
7+
players

does HUD Options -> HUD Filters in HEM2 apply to any custom made defs in NC ? for example changing the filter for # of players?

Sorry, HEM filters do not affect which notes are shown
