Villain Historical Hud Stats not re-appearing at tables? Help please!

Hi there,

I have an issue with historical villain hud stats not being displayed at tables. I know that I have hundreds of hands on some villains but each time I start a session or move to another table, the hud begins collecting data from scratch, and number of hands on villain starts at 0.

Why is this? am I missing something simple in settings? I play on 888.com, with HM2 ver; 2.0.0.7649

No dice I'm afraid. I have installed the latest update and also reset the filters as per your reply. The funny thing is, when I initially sit at a table (I play cash games) I can see the data/history from opponents. Within 2 or 3 hands their data reverts back to 0.

Any other suggestions for me?

Are you only playing MTTs on 888 poker?

hud options--> config properties--> turn off 'show session stats'.
