When playing tourneys, the HUD typically doesn't show up until 5 or so hands have been played. Then it works flawlessly. I believe my regular cash tables worked similarly.

In Rush, I can't get the HUD to work at all (only zeros show up). I'm guessing it's the same problem since Rush has a new table every hand?

My info - running HEM 1.11.05e, Windows XP. Under Site Options - live hands, prefetch and OCR are all unchecked.

Never mind the Rush part - that's working perfectly now. Tourneys still as posted.

Do you have "Min hands for stats" set to 5 in the table preferences?

check properties of every stat in this config - MinHands

Not sure what you mean - how do I do that?

go to HUD options - Player prefs
select your config
put cursor on every stat
in the right bottom corner of this form find parameter "Min samples"
check
repeat for next stat

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

possibly this is because of disabled archiving
go to room's HH folder and check if there are old files

File wouldn't attach here so I emailed it to support.

Sarek, just checked my Full Tilt HH folder and it's emptied out.

Btw, thanks guys for all the time you spend trying to get to the bottom of these issues - it's much appreciated.
