I updated to Hold'em Manager with Omaha Manger on one of my PC's successfully. When I try to update on my other PC, the program asks to activate the software. It then says success, click OK to continue. When I click okay, it says unable to obtain valid license code. Then it shows the previous and incorrect serial number in the top bar (the one from when I had hold'em manager only.) I clicked on the "go there" button and made sure that my new serial number is associated with my account. However there are zero PC's registered under the new serial number. Did try restarting and updating to the latest beta version with no success. What should I do?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just regular hidden files)

Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

The LicDebug text file seemed to work perfectly. Thanks very much for the help!:)
