Deactivating HEM lisence!

Can anybody give me a link to that web- page where I can deactivate HEM lisence from my old computer?

How long does it take for the profiles to reset ??? I reset them yet it still shows them as active and I can't re-authorize yet.

This should work immediately.

If you can't figure it out please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com

yeah ... I got confirmation e-mails that it reset almost immediately, yet in the MY ACCOUNT section with was showing it as still active. It then took a few tries (including 2 restarts) to finally get it to re-activate. I got where i needed to get just seemed to take longer than it should.

FYI it would be really helpful if you could De-activate just one authorization at a time. I assume at the moment it resets both PC1 and PC2 at the same time.
