Hi


I just got new pc and reinstalled my HEM-1 on it.


upon doing so it asked me to make a customer-account (i think it was called) by using an email and a password.


I did so and was "registered" in some way i guess.
I used a new email adress since it wouldnt accept the 1 i used when buying HEM-1 back in the day. Hopefully that aint a problem.


Now i just want to make sure that i havent done something wrong so my "free-to-run" HEM-1 software, will suddenly start costing me Money ?


Could you plz confirm this, and possibly explain what it is i have done exactly :)

This is best handled via email, since it will involve sensitive material.

Please email sales@holdemmanager.com with the email you used to purchase and your name.
