Hud doesnt show up

Hey guys

I have been using hem1 for a while but always on windows 7 and it has worked fine. I just got a new computer with windows 8 and installed hem1. Now my HUD does not show up in games. I made sure everything is importing properly and it is. My results from the games are coming in and my HUD with the correct stats are working in the replayer but my HUD will not show up during the games. I tried finding the games with table manager but table manager is not detecting them either.

On which site are you playing, what type of games?
Since this is a new computer, did you make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English?

im playing on stars, and im playing hu hypers. I actually took my pokerstars settings folder off my old computer and put it on my new computer so all my pokerstars settings are exactly the same. im gonna try the update, hopefully it works. thanks you :)

Or try a reinstall of the PokerStars client (where it doesn't use your old PokerStars settings folder).

I think part of the problem might have been because I wasn't running the program as an administrator, just for future reference if anyone finds themselves in the same situation

Usually running as administrator fixes an issue.

my hud isn't working again..
im getting tilted to hell atm

like how do my games upload. my graph is working fine. yet the hud stats aren't working.. my import has to be working fine for the games to show up..

p.s. HUD isn't working on FreeRolls in this build but we have a new build coming down now with a potential fix for this issue.

ok thank you a lot! much appreciated. freerolls don't matter that much to me anyway so that's no biggie
