View Full Version : Cashier and HEM do not match?

I just started using HEM trial version and I've played 2 sessions (2312 hands) and the amount won is not matching what is showing in my pokerstars cashier.

I tried creating a new database and importing the hands from HMarchive and I got the exact same results.

Any ideas?

Figured it out.

Closed a table before the hand was completely through and HEM did not pick it up.

You can email support and ask for that hand, or better yet ask them to send you all your old hand histories and tournament histories/summaries. You can probably request the individual hand from the Requests menu also.
