question about vacuum database

There's an option in the list of tools:vacuum database.I wonder is there any difference from the vacuum we usually do in the pgAdmin.exe?If I do this vacuum in notecaddy,should I do reindex afterwards?

If you are advanced enough to know what pgAdmin is (most people do not) then you should keep using that. NC doesn't do a reindex or analyze

Is there a difference between vacuuming via NoteCaddy > Tools > Vacuum and doing it through the Database window in HM2? I usually run the "Full - Vacuum" option that way every week or so. Does that do the same thing at the NC version? Thanks.

I am not sure what HM2 does in their window but NC does run a vacuum full command on postgres
