hey,

i play on ongame, everything works fine (well, sort of, since the software changes, i have to relaunch the hud from time to time cause it stops working).
anyway, the hud freezes for some other reason (another program actually stopped working at the same time), so i close hm and try opening it up again, but it says "hm is already running" even tho it's not. so i restart the computer and try opening hm, some postgres login thing comes up, i click "ok", now some database management window opens up. there's only one database listed, and i click "use as default database". hm opens up normally, but some settings are different (like which hud layout i use). i change it back and think everything works fine, but i can't get the hud to work. import is working normally.
what to do?
thanks

actually, i just realized that auto import doesn't work either, only manual import.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05e_internal.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

ok, did that. import works, hud as well but only for approx. 25% of all players. for the others stats don't show at all. it's kinda randomly different from table to table.
i use windows 7 and avira anti-vir.
solution?

btw, did you guys ever work out a solution for the "force on top" thing we had to use on ongame for the past 2 months?

thx

Try creating a new database in 1.11.05e
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05e_internal.exe and reimport your hands.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

ok, did everything, same problem.

hud basically works, but positions are all messed up and i only see stats for aprox 50% of players at the table.

anything else? i'd really like to resolve this asap.

thx

hud doesn't work in short hand tournament: see attachment file. Only 2 stats of 4 players was showed and in the wring place.

In full table the hud work normally.

Please use 1.11.05d instead: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05d.exe

There is a Ongame bug in 1.11.05e

The Ongame issue is fixed in 1.11.05e (revision 1)

Link is: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05e-1.exe
Note: this is a different file and version as the previously released 1.11.05e.
Though both will be displayed as "1.11.05e" in your HoldemManager.
Please update to this file, as it also has the EV bug fixed.
