View Full Version : No Stats in Replayer for Merge

~ hud does not display villain's stats for Merge Netwrok ONLY (stars works fine in replayer)

~ hud does display hero's stats at Merge

~ I used the revo uninstaller and followed all other instructions in a similar thread, but still fail.

~ I play lhe, but the title of the replayer window says 1.5/3 NL (I am playing 3-6 lhe)



1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
1.11.05e

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Only on Carbon Poker. All other sites work fine.

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
the hands are importing fine.

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. The replayer is already listed in the table finder, therefore table finder cant find any unattached tables

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
yes

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Any fl hands will replicate the problem. I did email a .01-.02 fl hand that did fail on my end.

I am really disappointed that these bugs were not fixed in the latest beta.

If other Merge players would like to get these bugs fixed, please post in this thread. Maybe if quite a few people respond here, then support will make it a priority.

1.11.06c, that had tons of Merge updates.

Does it also happens if you replay a micro stakes No Limit Holdem hand in the replayer?

so I can find the ticket, and bump it up/sent it again to the programmer.

Does it also happens if you replay a micro stakes No Limit Holdem hand in the replayer?

I have the same prob...only happens when I try to replay hands from Merge FL holdem games..do not see any player stats in replayer (only mine), while I can see stats on active tables or on player detail popup.

Can see stats of old hands from other sites, can also see NL stats in replayer for Merge hands. Issue is no stats in replayer for FL holdem hands played on Carbon Poker.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
