As stated in the title, new installation on Windows 7 64 bit computer.

Downloaded installer 1.11.05d, installs then comes up with the following screen :

5403

Click on Go There Now and keep getting this error :

5405

Can login to site at holdemmanager.net :

5404

Tried numerous times, numerous restarts..........what next ?!?!?!?

Please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com

Hello,

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

Tried it and followed it to the letter, but still same result.

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05e_internal.exe



Which error do you see exactly when you start HoldemManager (after you've created the LicDebug.txt file)

No actual error, just did the same thing as previously mentioned with pics.

Will try that new update, and let you know.
