Players playing Now versus HUD Stats

Why are the stats for the Players section "only show Players playing now" more up to date than the HUD. There is always a 100 hand differential for me between the two. Not something that is generally an issue other than with new players.

information on Players tab don't updates automatically
you have to press Run report every time

The player tab is MORE up to date than the HUD

have you checked Additional hud filters?
may be, you get not all hands in HUD because of filters

OK I guess it is this filter as I have a problem with it that no HEM support have been able to work out why or fix and then gave up on it so this is probably another symptom I have to accept.
