My HUD used to work but now it doesnt display. Version 1.11.05d

Ny HUD was working fine. I just started playing on RPM merge so Idownoaded the most recent version of HEM 1.11.05d. Since downloading I have been unable to get the HUD to display. It doesn't display on RPM and does not display on Stars either. It has worked fine for me on Stars previously.

The hand histories are being imported to HEM in English for both sites. My HEM stats and graphs are showing the hands played, as well as my historical data. I have set the History option on RPM to save for 30 days.

I am running VISTA and the uac is toggled off.

The table manager recognizes my table when I play on Stars. It does not seem to recognize the table when playing on RPM.

Likely I don't have something set right but after days of searching through the FAQ and the settings options I can't figure it out.

HUD options--> player preferences--> USE FOR tab:

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

If that doesn't solve it, try creating a NEW empty database.
