Hi. I recently updated to version 1.11.05d and now my HUD stopped working. The hands seem to import fine, I can see my stats, but the HUD won't come up, even when table manager is running. I am playing Rush cash games, I run Vista but have all of the right boxes checked for running programs as administrator and have UAC turned off. See below for answers to questions. Note, I tried non-rush games and stats come up with a weird box around them, and I can't click in to get the HUD pop up (http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/6574/hemscreenshot.jpg). very weird stuff... t. Also seems to show wrong stuff for the popup which shows the last hand (its all AAAAA 22 33 44 55)

I emailed support and haven't heard back in 24 hours other than a auto-generated response. This only seemed to happen once I upgraded, not sure if there's a way to go back to an older version. Any ideas? Note - my big problem is HUD won't work at all for Rush. Not sure why that happens and then it shows up for non-rush but is all screwy.

Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported. -- hands are importing fine, HUD won't work though
If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. AA-22-55 showing are the positions of the mucked cards. To turn that off go to hud options--> table preferences--> turn off card & alignment edit.

The weird box around your stat boxes. To turn it off.... did you change the
hud options--> table preferences--> Grid % (default = 1) ?
Or in Options--> skin designer--> did you create that box?

card & alignment edit was already turned off, grid % was already set to 1, and skin design was not turned on. Also, I don't get any HUD stats showing up when I play rush which is my main game. Got an email suggesting I try to do the "toggle test" under table manager which also didn't do anything. Any other ideas? The biggest issue is no HUD coming up at all when I play rush, would love to get that working again.

EXPORT your HUD.

Then run the 93 mb full installer again @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Afterwards update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05e_internal.exe
