View Full Version : Table Finder Issue

Hello ,

When I'm trying to use table finder at first it's inactive I have to press once to stop autoimport in active session window and then I can see one table in table finder. Now there are 2 options

1. When I stop autoimport and then select table , drag the finder icon over the table and drop it , press ok I can see HUD and I can close tablefinder and comeback to autoimport start again. But after this I have to add every single table manually.

2. During Autoimport when I open tablefinder drag the finder icon over the table and drop it , press ok , whole HM2 just freez and won;t work again, I thought I had to wait a little time but I was waiting like 10min and closed process.

Do you have any suggestion what can cause this problem ?

I am using win7 / framework 4.5. Windows is brand new installed like 2 days old. All windows uptades are installed .
Hm2.exe and hud.exe in holdemmanager folder are set to run as admin. UAC is off. I have added HM2 and HUD to exceptions in windows firewall.I don;t have any other firewall just Avast antivirus. I have noticed too that Holdem managers launch very slowly after this error.

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Make sure you update Avast, as there was an issue with their definitions last week.

Ok , now it's just fine but not good. I managed to add tables manually. I am 100% sure that session time is correct. Thing is that HM2 doesn't support this room and hands are converted by program into PartyPoker format. HM1 detect those tables and hud works 100% ok but I would like to use HM2 since I have a licence ;)

Could I request for teamviewer session with one of the staff ?

Which site/network is this?


HM1, -unlike HM2- has a special separate exenames.txt file. So when you use the TableFinder once, if will add the .exe of the pokerclient to that file, ensuring it will automatically detect other tables from that client.

HM2 can't do this for unknown clients.

It's a People's network . Yeah so I guess I have to add tables manually. What about new Cloud this new HM product will support those unknown sites ?

HM Cloud only supports Pokerstars Cash Games at this time.

HM2 does not support People's Network at this time. We wrote up a feature request to add support for this site recently but there is no ETA for when/if we might actually support it.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6773: Add support for Peoples Network (Microgame.it)

I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
