Import files but no hands imported and no errors

I just install everything in a new computer and it was installing good until now, I import files but no hands are imported, I tried with more files, creating new database and eventually it happens again.

Its a clean installation with a copy of my config and report folders from my previous computer in Program Files and in AppData folder, maybe thats the issue.

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.
