the hands are saving, but the hud isnt popping up

You will need to set up Bwin in the Party manner, since it is the same network now.

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT, zoom, rush, speed, etc)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
9. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+
10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

same trouble here on bwin.be/party with 1.12.10b and 1.13.1
MTT NL holdem.
i set up folder where import from, but i can t see anything in report tab

Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.
Check your time settings, read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/434/Adjust+Site+Import+Times
(if you make any changes here, afterwards reimport your hands into a new empty database)

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

language is english, no need adjust tmie settings and i tried to clear filter. no help...

it s 1st time i play on bwin. i use W7.
i have 2 folders:
-C/programs/bwin.be/bwinpoker/handhistory/mynickname (with .txt file)
-C/programs/bwin.be/bwinpoker/handhistory/XMLHandHistory (with .xml file)

import is done, i can see played hands in tourney/report tab.
but nothing appear in other tourney tab (result, preflop cards, and hands)

in HMArchive, i can see xml, txt, and .hhf files after import.

What type of games are you playing?
We have a bugticket on this issue (HM-4293, it also affects HM2) "Party Poker client started saving xml files next to txt files. "
The ticket has some attached .xml files (that should contain the preflop cards info) that don't import.

Are they all PokerFest MTTs?
Email us a handhistory file (.xml + .txt) of some of these games to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Write in the email: attach the files to HM-4293

yes, there are pokerfest. i remember now i had same problem last year on party poker which was never fix during series.

ok for email HH but i use HM1. so, i guess the email address you gave me isn t the good one?
