View Full Version : Lawsuit against HEM?

I know this is the HEM forums, and although some days ago I thought HEM was a great thing, I'm starting to think the contrary.

Users of PKR may buy HEM, but it won't help much since it doesn't work anymore with PKR (read the other threads about HH). Also HEM says "PokerStars and FullTilt customers are more important, the PKR folks can wait". Here's what I am talking about:

http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-bugs/39889-pkr-import-error-5.html

All-in EV doesn't work, too. http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/39494-all-ev-problem-3.html

That may not sound as much, but here's what the EULA says:

7. PASG Limited Warranty. [...] and (b) during the Software Term, the Software will function substantially in accordance with the applicable documentation.

To the HEM team: now you may argue that "it is substantially working" (nice trappy EULA, once more the customer is the idiot in the end) and leave everything as it is.

OR you might do the right thing: PATCH the program (something that can't be that complex as it has been discussed in the corresponding threads) and have happy customers that could buy more software from you in the future.

I'm sorry to sound that aggressive, but it really seems you're laughing at those of us who just want to get what we've paid for.

You can be sure of one thing, the word will spread. Either it's good or bad.

PKR changed their handhistory formatting: read http://forums.holdemmanager.com/poker-site-support/40028-pkr-update-hand-import-problems-2.html#post192702

Somewhat already created a fix to convert the handhistories.

HoldemManager will have this fixed in the next update, so it will be able to import the new PKR handhistory formatting.
