Cbet definition help needed

Lets say i want to understand Turn Cbet definition.

If i raised pre flop and followed by betting the flop but on the turn a guy donk bet into me and i reraise him.

Is that consider Cbet?

I see that Turn CB definition is "Bet the turn after being the Pre Flop Raiser and C-betting the flop"

Shouldnt that be ""Bet or Raise the turn after being the Pre Flop Raiser and C-betting the flop"?

That now becomes vs a donk bet on the turn, which presumes that you were PFR and cbet the flop.
