In tournaments only, in Rush and normal tables cash is ok.

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_11Apr2013.exe

Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.
What type of tournament are you playing?

Try to force the HUD on the table using the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

It looks like it is the same problem that I have and which i have mentioned already in this topic:http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/402621-problem-importing-ftp-tournament-history.html
I have the newest update, client language is english and I play HU PLO SNG.
The HUD is being displayed properly, however it shows all of my PLO Hands in my HUD, and on the enemy it shows 0 hands and it is not being updated, however the hands are being imported properly. Table Manager seems to identify the table name correctly, however the number of players is 2/9 (even though it is a running HU table). Nothing changes when i set it to 2/2 The weird thing with the Table Finder however is that it seems to see tables that has been closed already (even if the table has been closed before i restarted the computer)

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Options - Settings - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT, zoom, rush, speed, etc)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
9. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+
10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Dont see how the clock would be the reason for those problem... but everything is fine. HEM sessions time = FTP time = computer time.
I downgraded now back to 1.12.11 and everything is back to normal. Only thing that is missing are the tournament results, but since they were missing also in the 1.13.01 version i just gonna have stay at 1.12.11.
