Help with getting started

I am using Vista, and have been unable to successfully run Holdem manager. The program installed, and I did disable the access in the control panel. I am on Ultimate bet, and trying to import files, but nothing happens, I tried going through the steps in the FAQ under ultimate bet, and have had no luck. The HUD is not working either. Please help. Thank you

Do you have C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data added to the autoimport folders and the history window open when sitting at a table?

I have tried adding that, and keeping the hand history open, still no luck

Have you restarted HEM after adding the folder? Also, make sure that prefetching is active (HUD Options -> Table preferences)
