HEM small stakes

Hey I am sorry if this is a repeated question.

I just wanted to ask if HEM small stakes is compatible with all sit n' go buy ins and tournaments? I play a lot of high limit sngs ($100+) and want to make sure it works with those buy ins. I did read something on a post back in 2009 that it will only be compatible with tournaments at the buy in level of $22 and under, is this true?

I have been searching the forum for answers but have not come across it yet.
