No Zoom HUD (Windows XP)

I installed HEM 2 and everything is working fine on all regular tables. The issue I'm having is with the Zoom HUD. It just says "Waiting for hands" on the table but the HUD never comes up. Any ideas as to what's wrong?

There is no UAC in XP but I've made sure everything else is correct and the Zoom HUD is still not working.

On XP please make sure to install .NET version 3.5. Download .NET Framework 3.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21)

I do have .NET Framework installed.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta -http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_11Apr2013.exe

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
