Can't select boxes in Main Filters

After choosing Edit Filter I go to the Main Filters tab and can select some items but not others. Specifically I am unable to select Position, preflop action or any of the three position of lines. All other boxes in this tab and boxes or selections in all other tabs can be selected. Any advice? Thanks.

I think this is because of dpi settings

Thanks Sarek everything works fine at the smallest font settings just not at medium and large (Windows 7).
