Preflop cards tab not showing rush hands

Using the most recent version, when I click on the Preflop Cards tab under cash games and click on a hand like AA in the known cards table, HEM is supposed to display all the AA I've played in my database. However, I only get hands that I played at normal ring tables at full tilt, and none that I've played at rush poker. Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong? I have no filters set at all.

try this:
go to Filters
untick all Rush limits
Save and Close
then go to Filters again
and restore flags on Rush limits
then again Save and close
