Have you experienced "RUNTIME ERROR" in ipoker?(only willhill?)

I have experienced when I push "i" symbol in lobby ,it will be forced shutdown application

When I play a lot tables, it is also happened without clicking "i" symbol.

Do you have any solution?

some support stuffs said HM2 causes that, I wanna know why HM2 program happens that....:mad:

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1881/Holdem+Manager+.NET+Cleanup+Instructions

I have already tried all.

1:Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates') including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
2:Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...p+Instructions

But nothing changed.
Since Willam Support said HM2 is wrong, I tried reinstall again and again.

Furthermore,I tried reinstall OS, changing Desktop.
But nothing changed....

When I push "i" symbol (or other time), Runtime error happens, so I never think HM2 is wrong....

If the poker client is the one with the run time error and not hm2 I am not sure how it could be our software or how we can help to solve it but maybe we can help if you send us some log files:

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F

Please zip and email the log, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
