Hi,

I just started playing at Unibet and I can't import my hands. The hand history is saved in a DAT-file and HEM can't read it.

Any help?

For me it only imports hands that end preflop.

Please check the setup: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Microgaming / Prima (Unibet, Ladbrokes, etc) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/18/Microgaming+%7B47%7D+Prima+%28Unibet%2C+Ladbrokes% 2C+etc%29)

Are you using 1.11.05d? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If you are having problems with importing specific hands: Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I had already checked the setup but it doesn't help me. I also use 1.11.05d.

As I said, the hand histories are saved in a DAT-file and I guess that's the problem. But since HEM says it's compatible with unibet I assume there must be a solution.

The file is handhistory.dat? HM should import this file if it contains english handhistories.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.

That was indeed the problem! Changed language to English and it works fine now. Should have thought of that myself...
